Advance Payment Policy

Deposit:

A deposit of $350 USD is required to reserve an appointment at
Luxur Smiles. Of this amount, $30 USD is earmarked for taxes.
Deposits can be made via PayPal, Zelle, or US Bank.
Refund:

A full refund of the deposit, minus any applicable taxes, will be
provided if the appointment is canceled within 14 days of the
scheduled date. After this period, the deposit will be
non-refundable.
Refund Process:

To request a refund, please reach out to our administrative team
with the appointment details and the payment information used
for the deposit. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
of the request
